I don’t have time do a lot of cooking for myself, but I followed the supplement and skin care advice in this book and my skin is feeling softer and smoother, with very little effort (I found my own supplement which was $22 so it was a cheap program to follow). There is a general healthy skin diet plus separate advice for specific conditions, plus a program for children with skin problems. The author writes in a user-friendly, down-to-earth manner, so the book is not overwhelming and easy to follow.

Extremely helpful in understanding why I get breakouts and how to prevent them. It wasn't just a book telling me what I should eat but they explained why certain foods are helpful. Very interesting book and I would recommend people to read it if you have skin problems.
