I have been trying to eat healthy for some time but I always get frustrated because I have to pay extra for my healthy diet. Now, with 99 Superfoods, I realize that healthy stuff are in the shelves of my grocery store and I don't have to pay a premium to eat healhy.

The list is long and the description for each of item is fantastic since they are written in laymen terms, something that I can understand.

I really enjoy having this as a reference guide to super foods since this is my first guide to such items. I would encourage people to purchase this eBook due to the description for each item as far as its benefit and the maximum way to get the most benefit out of the item for nutrition. The author also offers serving suggestions.

I was surprised to find the Table of Contents for the Kindle edition at the very end of the eBook, which is, in my opinion, inconvenient when trying to find something quickly. There are also no page numbers. These two issues are minute compared to the many benefits to this eBook, so that is why I gave this 5 stars.

I was bought this ebook as a present. After recently being diagnosed with diabetes my family and i have been looking continuously for ways to reduce my blood sugar levels. My brother came accross this '99 superfoods' ebook and got it for me as a present.

After trying so hard to be diet controlled and my sugar levels staying high i was about to give up.
I found this ebook fabulous and helpful in everyway. It has given me different foods to experiment with and indroduce to my diet. I have now got my sugar levels lower and i feel a lot better.
I would reccommend this ebook to anyone!

I really like the book. you can use it as a reference guide for Super foods. I have been usingChia Seeds 2 Pounds in my diet lately and it has really helped with weight loss and fatigue. I am loving the Super foods Book.

Wow! Somebody definitely did their research! This book is so informative. I knew about some of the superfoods already, like salmon and acai berry, but I had no idea that a lot of these things are actually beneficial to my health, like cinnamon and dark chocolate. There's so many options in here. It's not just fruits and veggies but also spices, oils, carbs and meats along with a few meal suggestions along the way. After reading this you'll have 100 reasons to skip all of the processed foods at the grocery store.

I would love it if this author wrote a cookbook. A nice touch to this book would be a chart that lists the superfoods by health benefit. Like, for example, here's all the foods that lower cholesterol and here's the stuff that prevents skin cancer and so on. But that would just be a bonus. It's top-notch as is!
