Twirl me around and watch me spin, a modern day princess lives within…

Charisa has a perfect life. Just like her favored Princesses, she is living the life every girl dreams of: her very own fairytale, but even the sweetest fairytales must come to an end. When happiness is at its peak, fate steps in and one by one she loses everything.

Picking up the pieces to a broken life can be long and bumpy. Most often than not things get worse before they get better.

Despite her despair and the hell she’s been drug through time and time again, she finds love and begins to plan a future as none other than Mrs. Prince Charming. Convinced she’s going to finally get her happily ever after fate steps in once again and she suffers betrayal and shame at the greatest degree.

Will she give the idea of love a second chance and find her one and only or will her dark secrets prevent her from truly finding herself?

Behind every prince is a story left untold.
Look behind the mask and you’ll see it unfold…

Sawyer has lived a charmed life. He’s the catch every girl is after when dreaming of her very own storybook ending. In real life, though, nothing is like it is in a fairytale. One childhood event can forever affect how a man looks at love and relationships, even a golden guy like Sawyer.

Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it. Isn’t that what everyone has always taught in history class? He doesn’t have time for love or commitment.
Even the most skeptical with love can sometimes find it in the strangest of places, when that one special someone catches his eye, suddenly leaving him dazed and confused.

The only way to reap the benefits of true love is to put your own demons behind and give love a shot…

When secrets start to arise will the two beat the odds or part ways and let it destroy them both?

HASH(0x9ca9f0f0) out of 5 stars Accepting Cherry March 20 2015
By Tonya N - Published on
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
If you are looking for a book with a damaged girl and an alpha male, this one is for you. This is a story of love, loss, and the power to overcome the cards we are dealt in life. I gave it 3.5 - 4 Stars because the storyline was there, but the execution was a little off for me. But all in all, I would recommend you give this new author a try.

Cherry had everything a little girl could want as a child, a fairy tale life down to the princess canopy bed. When life decided to throw her family a curve ball, and cancer takes her father, her mother loses everything they ever had and becomes bitter and resentful towards Cherry. Things go from bad to worse, throw in a terrible step father and a school counselor, Mr. Avery that preys on Cherry’s insecurities in the worst possible way… Cherry runs. She finally catches a break in life while working/living at a little diner, when she approached by a club owner to become a dancer (stripper). Things are starting to look up.

Sawyer is the kind of character that all of us romance junkies love, alpha male, hot, smart, wealthy, and caring. He sees something in Cherry that he needs and wants. When he is finally free of his cheating ex (yep, she cheated with his half brother Mark), and he falls upon Cherry at the club, he pursues her. The twists and turns of this will have you on the edge of your seat needing to find out what is going to happen and how it is all connected in the end. There are things that I didn’t see coming for sure and you won’t either!

HASH(0x9cad9e04) out of 5 stars Sawyer's life was perfect.. July 11 2015

Fairytale? Or Fairly Hell?

5 Stars

Cherry's life goes from Disney Princesses to torment and bullies. One single moment starts a series of events that lands her in Sawyer's path. Sawyer's life was perfect.....well, except for that one family secret.

Can Cherry and Sawyer find the Happily Ever After they deserve, or will the sins of their pasts destroy their happiness?

Chrissy Snyder does an amazing job of creating characters you will love, hate, and some you might even connect with. I laughed, cried, and I wanted to throttle a few characters before the end of the book. I really didn't want this book to end.

HASH(0x9cbe5b4c) out of 5 stars Great debut novel! March 27 2015

My Review: (ARC provided)
4 stars!

I really enjoyed this book. The first few chapters broke my heart. The author writes Cherry from a young child's POV and does it very well. I really felt like I was in the mind of a little girl.

Poor Cherry (h) she had been through so much at such a young age and just when you think she might get a break she goes through heartache, shock and deception all over again and in the worse way possible. How can a person not be broken after what she'd been through? I don't think people would have come out of what she did half the person she was. I get why she started dancing it wasn't just for the money it was to escape reality.

I loved Sawyer (H) he was such a good and genuine guy. The one thing I really loved about his character was that he wasn't the typical alpha manwhore. He didn't believe in cheating or getting around, yeah he had his fun but when he committed that was it. He had been in a stale relationship for two years and instead of stepping out on her he made sure they were broken up first.

When Sawyer gets a evening out with the guys he sees Cherry dancing but he's seen her before and that's when his connection to her really begins to grow. He knows some how she needs someone and is struggling but he's not sure how to get through to her. Will Sawyer break through Cherry's walls? And will he be able to accept her for her past and the person she is today?

***slight spoilers below***

I want to talk about the incident with Mark which was awful but my one con about it was the way it was handled by the parents. I thought there should have been a little more reaction, to me that part fell flat. I loved the epilogue but I wanted more of a scene or story I guess around the confrontation.

The other thing that confused me was how Cherry's mom fell so far off the deep end, she was a well educated woman and nurses make a decent salary, so what happened? I understand she acquired a lot of debt after her husband passed but to be that poor? I think if that were explained a little better I would have understood more. Drug use or something? She just became so despicable.

I read this book in a day and really enjoyed it, the issues mentioned above were the only reason I couldn't give it a full five stars. This was a great debut novel and I can't wait to read more by this author. Oh and I loved the little shout out to indie authors in this book.

Told from both H and h's POV.
I recommend!

HASH(0x9d52d81c) out of 5 stars This book with set you off feeling really happy. with a little girl with a loving family ... July 25 2015
By Samantha Michelle Roberts - Published on
Format: Paperback
I read this book a long time ago but didn't get the chance to leave my review and then when I did it's no where to be seen so will leave it again. might be a little different as I can't remember everythibg I put in the first one.

This book with set you off feeling really happy. with a little girl with a loving family a loving home and everything she could ever ask for untill her dad get unwell and dies. Cherrys life take a turn for the worst and it's as if she losses both her mum and dad. her mum is horible and nasty to her.

Cherrys life changes when she runs away from home when she is older working and living in a dinner she had a life. but then an opportunity for a better life comes along and she takes it (I would have as well) she gets a job as a dancer a car a home and a job money she never dreamed off. she got her life back

Then Sawyer comes along and wow I don't want to say to much but he is one hell of a swoon worthy man!

I would and already have recommended this book. it's a fantastic read with a roller coaster of emotions you will be laughing crying shouting at the book but then you will be happy again it's a heart worming book that with leave you with wanting to find the love sawyer has for cherry! definitely a page turner as I remember I read it with in 4 hours I just couldn't put it down. I will definitely be reading more from this Author!

HASH(0x9cd09cd8) out of 5 stars AWESOME BOOK!!!! A TOTAL MUST READ!!! March 24 2015

HOLY SMOKES!!! This book tore me up from bottom to top and cover to cover. Chrissy is an amazing writer and just wow.. This book will make you feel EVERY emotion you have PERIOD!! I cried, got seriously pissed, super hot, sad to tears, and loved to tears.

Charisa AKA Cherry has been through so much but still carries herself through every day trying to better her life no matter what. She has been torn apart in every sense of the word but still loves and cares for others. Trusting them might be a different story but she sure tries to keep her life on track in spite of her past.

Sawyer is just a hot, intelligent, successful tattoo wearing bike riding sexy man. He is about to graduate college when his life changes little by little. Between break ups, and trying to keep his family close no matter what he too has to handle the ups and downs that are thrown his way.

This book really had me glued from the beginning. I am absolutely in love with this book!! Thank you so much Chrissy for allowing me to review such an awesome book!! Five heart wrenching stars have been granted :)
