5.0 out of 5 stars This guide is a keeper!
By Carole on November 8, 2015
This new book has turned out to be a jewel for me & my fellow walkers!
We tried the recommended Capilano Canyon Forest & River Loop today (p. 78). The accurately labelled map was most helpful for this place in which one can be easily turned around! My favourite part of each hike/run/paddle etc. has turned out to be the Eco-insights section. Even though I am strictly a walker, the run trails can be done too, just extend the times. The author inspires one to consider other activities - I just may consider sculling! I should not forget to mention that in the Directions for the start of each activity, he includes Transit too! As I am a transit user, this is so useful.
Safety tips & where to get waterproof maps are much appreciated. This guide is a keeper.
