About the Author

Keith Schengili-Roberts is a recognized expert on the Internet and the World Wide Web. He has worked as a Webmaster creating Web sites for both Symantec and its subsidiary, the Delrina Group. Since 1983, Keith has contributed regularly as a writer for Canada's largest computer magazine, The Computer Paper.She is in the process of completing her Master of Information Studies degree at the University of Toronto. She also teaches a continuing education course on HTML for the Faculty of Information Studies at the University.
