I was hoping for a healthy version of their standard family cookbook which this claims to be.
So if you are looking for super tasty low fat (only) recipes - this is awesome..but if you were looking for tasty healthy low sugar recipes, this is not the book.
I've been making the green smoothie every morning for the past few weeks and right away I noticed a difference in my skin, hair, and nails. I'm hooked on this as part of my breakfast.
