Product Description

Exercise balls are one of today's top fitness tools - and for good reason! Using an exercise ball will improve the strength of the abs and the lower back. Since the exercise ball is unstable you have to constantly adjust your balance, which in turn will improve your balance, proprioception and flexibility. As an extra challenge you can use the exercise ball as a bench using free-weights to target those hard to reach stabilizer muscles. Widely used by fitness trainers and athletes, the Theragear Swiss Ball Pro is designed especially for use with added resistance like dumbbells. Theragear Swiss Pro Ball will deflate slowly if punctured and is the choice of many professionals for all commercial use.

I use my ball as a part time seat while working at my computer. I've been amazed at how it's helped increase my core strength! It does what it claims and the instructions make inflating to the right level easy.
I do recommend you get an electric pump to inflate it though or your arm will be dead by the time your done with a hand pump.

much sturdier than your regular yoga ball. I don't use it for exercise but alternative chair in office. haven't noticed any deflation so far (owning/using it for more than two months). I wish they could offer smaller size (24") for smaller people like myself (5'3''), but as I wear heels all the time in office, so it doesn't bother me too much. However, if you want to use it as an exercise ball, you may need a second thought if your height are out of the suggested range.

I use this ball for doing light exercises for my back and tummy. This particular ball cost more than ordinary exercise balls. It is worth it though because the ball is extra thick and I have no fear of it popping and causing me injury. Best quality ball out there!

Not very comfortable. Maybe it was designed for a large body builder because it is too hard and so far hasn't softened at all.
