If you're looking to take your I-phone photography to a new level, Kat Sloma's new book is a must-read.
She guides the reader, based on her own extensive experience, to the best camera and editing apps available. That alone is invaluable as there are so many out there! Then, she teaches us how to use each one - effectively.
Next, she takes it a step further and shows us the best creative editing apps and teaches the blending techniques that will transform what seems an everyday photograph into an artistic expression.
The book is invaluable. So many tips. So much great information that will speed your leaning.

I have also had experience with the author in a corporate environment and seen firsthand her ability to lead large teams and teach so I had high expectations in regards to learning ‘how to’ in an efficient and easy manner.
I was not disappointed. The writing style, instructions, illustrations, and phone screen shots are all carefully blended to help the reader with both the ‘art’ aspects of photography and ‘technical’ aspects of the tools and software. After reading I feel I could move forward and begin to practice techniques and methodologies that the author shared to create my own iPhone photography artwork.
I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in creative and novel uses for a tool (mobile phone) most all of us carry around with us on a daily basis.
