I take this every morning with my vitamin D drop and iodine. It helps mask the flavours. I have issues with healing so my doctor told me to take this. Make sure you don't take too much or it upsets your tummy. Follow the instructions and measure it out exactly. No messing around.

I've noticed I am healing a little bit better. My health issues make it really hard but its better than usual and its an important part of your health to get your vitamins balanced. Talk to you doctor before taking anything.

Ordering my 3rd bottle soon . You need this in your life . Makes a difference. Two things to be aware of !!! It will make you 💩 till your body gets use to it and it is very sour . Mixing with Metamucil helps take the sour out big time . Or if you drink coffee can use a caffeine energy powder those also seem to help with sour flavour. Great product. Vitamin C pills aren’t enough and cut with junk . This is the only way to take it to get results.

Pure and effective product. If you are taking more than 4 grams at a time, you will find it far too sour (as in vinegar x10). I have read about taking baking soda with it, which works like a charm, but there are conflicting reports whether it kills the effectiveness of the vitamin c. I tried using this for vitamin c serum but it doesn't completely dissolve. I also find this a bit pricy.
