Product Description

The incendiary author of Begging for It and Asking for It again plunges readers into the shadowy depths of love, pain, pleasure and peril...

How far is too far?

Finally sure of each other's strength and love, Jonah and Vivienne continue to explore their darkest fantasies together. However, what should be a night of ecstasy takes a dangerous turn, injuring Vivienne. She shrugs off the incident, but Jonah is haunted by it, particularly by the fear that others may believe he abuses her, or even glimpse the truth of their erotic obsession.

Then Jonah receives a call from his younger sister, Rebecca, who's dealing with trouble of her own in South America. When Vivienne travels with him to aid Rebecca, she learns yet more about his tortured history—and Jonah opens up to Vivienne as never before.

Can Vivienne help Jonah cast off the shadows of his past forever?

4.0 out of 5 stars More romance, more sensuality, more illicit fantasies, more heavy emotion. March 15 2016

Lilah Pace made my day with the unexpected announcement of this novella. This series remains one of the most compelling, erotic storylines I've ever read and I'm over the moon to be treated to more of Vivienne and Jonah's sordid romance.

Asking For More is just that, more. More romance, more sensuality, more illicit fantasies, more heavy emotion. There will be no sugarcoated end to this love story. Lilah Pace delivers this novella with authenticity and continuity with respect to the previous books and the history of these characters. Jonah and Vivienne's story is rife with painful memories and unconventional attempts at healing and moving forward. This novella provides a glimpse into the current state of their relationship and it's peppered with equal parts steamy 'games,' raw passion, and concrete reminders that the darkness always looms no matter how brightly their love seems to shine. This novella is the perfect compliment to this complex, gritty, sexy series because it stays so true to these characters and their journey.

Asking For More also delivers a brief but satisfying glimpse into virtually every character that has made an appearance in this series. Pace's series, from the beginning, was layered with magnetic personalities and was made even more complex by what these side characters brought to the table. Ex-lovers, siblings, dear friends, coworkers... They all have their own stories to tell and Pace not only satisfied my thirst for closure with regard to ALL of these characters, but she made me hungrier for more of each of their respective journeys. I can only hope we haven't seen the last of these thoroughly captivating figures, that maybe we'll see "more" of them down the road
4.0 out of 5 stars LOVE this couple!!! March 15 2016

In Asking for More, Jonah and Vivienne explore and test the boundaries of their relationship while finally allowing each other the freedom to truly be themselves. This novella adds a little something extra to one of my favorite erotic series and is a sexy and very explicit conclusion to this couple's story.

"Am I the proof he can be good for someone? Or do our games prove to him that he'll never be free of the poison inside?"

Many of the characters from the earlier books make an appearance here and this novella must be read in order or there will be major spoilers! I fell in love all over again with Jonah. *sigh* I adore Lilah Pace's writing and I can't wait for more books from her!

"Jonah can love me as no one else ever has, or ever will."
3.0 out of 5 stars The end of Viv and Jonah. Wanted and expected more April 29 2016

This was a short novella and a continuation of Vivienne and Jonah's intense relationship. It didn't do much for me since there was a lot of flashbacks from Asking For It and Begging For It. So nothing new there and I couldn't see the purpose of this. Jonah was still afraid that he will hurt Vivienne during their sexual games since an accident takes place. So they're trying to work through this while Jonah's sister needs his help. I always enjoy their chemistry in and out of bed. So that's what worked for me.

I loved Asking for it and Begging for it but novellas are not my favorite. I am always disappointed with them. Maybe it's just me. I would recommend the previous novels to this series.
