How Aztec secret works Indian healing clay clays have been used for centuries to beautify and refresh when used as a facial mask. Cleopatra used clay from the Nile River and the Arabian Desert over 1800 years ago, as part of her beauty ritual. German and roman spas have been using clay packs and treatments in the spas they built 4,000 years ago. Many of these spas still exist and use clay even today. Pliney the elder devoted an entire chapter of his natural history" to the many uses of clay for pimples, black heads and skin tightening. Many famous naturopaths, such as kuhn, just and kneipp have contributed to the revival of the uses of clay through their natural treatments for arthritus and skin ailments. Aztec Indian healing clay a brief history - the world’s most powerful facial the use of clay with apple cider vinegar can be dated back to the southern French priest of the16th century, kneipp, and his natural treatments using clay packs and poultices. Throughout history the use of clay, specifically green clay or bentonite, is well documented. To learn more about clay, look for "our earth our cure" by Raymond Dexteit, translated by Michel Abehsera in your local health food store or book store. Aztec secret Indian healing clay is bentonite clay from Death Valley, California, where it is sun- dried for up to six months in temperatures that sometimes reach 134 degrees. Facials, acne, body wraps, clay baths, foot soaks, chilled clay for knee packs and insect bites. Enjoy the benefits of clay in your own home. Beautify and refresh.

- I'm in my 30s; I have adult acne/acne scars; combination skin; use makeup almost everyday for work; tried almost everything to heal and avoid the acne...
I was skeptical about this mask. Like all of the other ones that promised "miracles", I was prepared for another frustration.
I'm happy I was wrong. The package recommends using the mask once a week, but if you have problematic skin, more often. I use it from 3 to 4 times a week. In the first applications, I couldn't notice any major difference. I kept using it anyway. When I was in my third week, I started seeing the big differences. I'm not exaggerating... I had no more new acne, my acne scars look " faded", the texture of my skin is "baby's butt" like and it looks more homogeneous.
I already recommended it to two of my coworkers and I'm buying one for my sister.
I used plastic spoon and plastic bowl to mix equal parts of the powder and water (you can use apple cider vinegar too). There were a lot of lumps so I added more water to get a smoother texture. With only few small lumps left, I started applying on my freshly washed (then dried) face. In hindsight, I should have just used a tsp of powder, added more water, and stirred few more times til I get the right texture and consistency.
I made enough for 2-3 faces but I applied everything on my face. It was a very thick clumpy layer and I let it dry on my face for about half an hour. I could feel a slight tingle so I get why it says “feel your face pulsate”. After half an hour, I just washed off with warm water then I applied toner and SK-II Facial Treatment Essence.
OMG. My face felt so clean and smooth! I wasn’t able to look so closely in the mirror last night as the lasagna was ready and food is more important. Lol
Anyway, I had a cystic acne last night and this morning it was all dried up. Whiteheads on my nose are gone too! IT REALLY WORKS!!!
I might try this on my back too. I’m not sure if it will help lighten up my pimple scars after continued use but I am really hoping it will. Maybe next time I’ll try it with ACV but I’m just scared that it will burn my face. 😂
I got the 1 lb jar from Amazon for $16 and I’m sure this would last me a year with regular weekly usage. Sooo worth it!
Between this and GLAMGLOW SUPERMUD clearing treatment ($75 for 50g), I would definitely go for Aztec Indian Healing Clay over and over again. You’ll get the same results at a fraction of the cost.
I use this only with apple cider vinegar. I find that cleans much better than with water. I mix approximately equal parts vinegar and water and to a paste texture then I apply it with a plastic spatula from a face mask kit that I purchased here on Amazon. I let it dry completely until it starts to crack which is when it feels very tight on the skin. This is how it sucks the gunk out of your pores. To clean it, I flake of the excess onto a paper towel then I dampen my face and use paper towel to wipe off as much as I can. DO NOT simply wash this off down the sink, you risk getting a clog. Take off as much as you can with a paper towel. I use this mask about every two weeks, I really should use it once a week, but sometimes I can't be bothered. If you wear makeup, this is an essential deep cleaning item!
I didnt give it five stars because I find it to be messy to remove.

Sometime to be aware of: It may clog your sink.
Nonetheless, it works and my girlfriend loves it!
