My favourite things about this seat is that it has a cup holder on each side and it has a deep seat that naturally lets your child's head rest back so when your child falls asleep their head does not flop forward like in so many other car seats I've seen.
Recently a minor defect was found in the buckle on the harness and the company immediately sent out the replacement buckles with detailed instructions for installation. I was impressed with how quickly the company responded. The replacement was provided quickly and effectively. They initiated contact regarding the seat and forwarded the replacement without me having to make any requests or provide any information.
