Love this curler!! Not exactly as picture shows (it has the regular thumb lever...not the long rod style), but that was just an error on pic attached to posting.....which is why we looked up the model to make sure what we were getting first. Lol. Heats up quickly and maintains heat, which is perfect for my family of long thick haired gals. Make sure you get the titanium and ceramic one as the ceramic one alone does not hold heat very good (probably fine for thinner fine hair, but takes too long for long and thick hair). I would definitely buy again. Love the temperature controls, so I can use it on myself or one of my 3 girls and not have worries about damaging anyone’s hair. 😊. Quick delivery and processing time too. Very happy with our purchase! 😊

My product was DOA. I got it it plugged in turned on slightly heated up i put it on the hottest setting as i have thick coarse hair. I also used the same nano titanium in a wand but it goes to 450 degrees. ALAS i plugged it in and it barely heats up tp the point i can hold the barrel to warm my hands. Its too much hassle to return and wait for a refund so i am now stuck with a well crap product. If you hair is fine it won't work it will slide away as the clamp didn't have a tight fit either. Just all around BabyLissPro FAIL.

Did not hold curl at all

I ended up returning the product. I have fine hair and quite a bit of it, so curling is generally challenging. I do have a wand that works wonderfully and I wanted to try a new one with a wider barrel for bigger, bouncier "beachy" curls. My current one does not have a clasp like this one. I have used other wider curlers with clasps that have worked on my hair, so that's why I went ahead to purchase this one. I tried to hold a curl - I usually hold it for 10 seconds at a mid to high temperature, and it didn't hold. I progressed and eventually held it at 15 at the highest temperature, and it still didn't hold. I found the product didn't work well at all, and did not want to cause any damage to my hair from holding it even longer, so I returned it.

Bought this as I have longer hair and the 1-1.25 barrels were just taking forever to make it through all my hair. Works well, heats up fairly quickly, wish it had a slightly longer barrel but it’s pretty good value so no real complaints. Will note that the clamp is slightly tight so you do have to repeatedly loosen as you work down the hair, but that’s better than too loose I guess :)

I have fine hair, but a lot of it. My hair typical never holds a curl. This iron is solidly built, does not have a very high temperature setting which will keep your hair from burning. Took a day or two to get used to. Curl holds well into the next day. Very pleased with this purchase.
