This well written, humorous and insightful book is jam-packed with user friendly tips to de-escalate conflict and stress, not only on a corporate level, but personal level as well. Loved the acronyms and perceptive approaches to navigating potential relational “landmines”. A must read for everyone!

Just what i neededReviewed in the United States on October 28, 2017
Being in the military for over 12 years and counting, to say I deal with stress and stressful people is an understatement! From deployments to high risk evolutions to get the job done it's imperative that you learn how to work with the person that's standing next to you. This book is exactly what I needed for tough situations and more importantly communicating with my fellow sailors. This may sound counterintuitive but I believe effective and RESPECTFUL communication in the military is one of the most important skills to have. I highly recommend this book
