This book is by far the funnest pregnancy-style journal you could keep. We are going through our first pregnancy so I am keeping a regular pregnancy journal as well as the "Belly Book'. I would recommend it to anyone who can find time to take a photo every week, print it and stick it in - it's alot of fun!!

I'd like everyone to be well aware though that when you first miss your period and find out you are pregnant you are already into week 4 so start your book at week 4. I started it at week 1 and now my weeks are all messed up because I am writing in week 5 when I am really 8 weeks pregnant... hope this makes sense.

I am very pleased with this book. I love how there is room for both pictures and information, ensuring that you remember all the wonderful (and not so great) moments of your pregnancy. However, I will give one warning. Before you start writing in the book, perhaps write some important details that you may forget (like the first day of your prenatal exam) on a separate piece of paper. I waited until I was 6 weeks pregnant before I actually transfered all my information I had written on external paper into the book. Sadly, I ended up miscarrying a couple of days later which now leaves me with a book that I can no longer use for my next pregnancy. When I order another copy I am going to wait a couple of months before I write in the book to ensure everything is fine. Whenever I hear someone is expecting now, I am going to buy this book for them.

I am in my 36 weeks now. I think this book basically cover everything that needs to be recorded for the whole pregnancy. I print out updated pictures for every week and write down my feelings and the change of my body. This is very meaningful.

This is a scrapbook type of pregnancy journal, it has place for your belly pictures, with little writing questions under each week, there are longer questions at the beginning of each trimester, places to put your ultrasound photos and to write about all your doctor appointments. I really love it! There is also a section that is just lines at the end of each trimester to reflect on how that trimester went.

I bought this book as a gift and it is very funny and easy to use. The only downfall is that it has a space on each page for a weekly belly shot. For some people this might be too many and will have lots of blank spots.

I love this journal and will buy it for my friends when they are expecting too. I like that the entries are short and often guided, it gives structure without rambling. There is space for each trimester to go on further about how you feel. I love having the weekly pictures, and I don't always use "Belly Shots" but just show what is going on in Mom & Dad's life before the baby arrives... I know I've always been fascinated that my parents were people before me too! My only complaint is that a regular size printed photo is too big for the pages, so instead of gluing them in I have taped them at the top so they can flip up to read the entry below.

This is an absoutely wonderful book! I received it as a gift during my first pregnancy and diligently wrote all of my pregnancy details in it as it unfolded. Documenting all the different changes weekly is helpful - and we really enjoyed adding weekly 'belly shots'! It is humerous and a wonderful keepsake! My husband also enjoyed adding his thoughts and reading it afterwards. I now buy this book for all of my friends when I hear that they are expecting!

I like this journal, it's been fun to fill in each week without feeling like I have to write a novel each week! My only complaint is it starts asking about things like conception date and such on week 1, when that doesn't happen until week 2 or 3. Some of the weeks just don;t line up, but not a big deal.
It also seems silly to take a "belly picture" every week before starting to show, so I've just been filling the pictures in with pictures of me and my husband doing whatever we happen to be up to that week etc. Not necessarily "belly" shots.
All in all a great journal!
