I use this in almost every soup I make. The form of the product lets me adjust the seasoning by starting with water and adding spoonfuls of the stock base until I like the flavor. This is a distinct improvement over cubes or powdered products.
I highly recommend this product.
Super easy to use! I even made a gravy to use on a Quorn "turkey" roast and it made it the closest thing I have had to turkey on Thanksgiving in the entire time I have been a vegetarian. Love, love, love!
Two negatives to bear in mind:
-- There is an enormous amount of salt in almost all of their bouillons; use caution even if you are not restricting salt, and add salt only near the end of cooking.
-- One in six or seven of their bottles leaks in transit, and they use a wide variety of packaging in what seems to be an failing effort to prevent this problem.
My suggestion would be to switch to a squeeze top bottle -- the lids often stick when in use, and I replace them with Saran Wrap as a matter of course.
Otherwise, great taste when used carefully.
