The only concerns I do have with Bissell Steam Shot is, the water takes little longer to heat up, around 5-6 minutes and the water reservoir is quite small (as expected with all portable steam cleaners). I bought this from Rona for 60 bucks, which I personally find little pricey. There were few attachments missing in the package and I had to oder them by mail through Bissell Customer Care.
Users should use with csre or they could injure themselves by scalding.
Only complaint is it's delivered by FedEx who make one attempt to deliver it,
if no one is home you have to go to their depot to get it, which in my case is a drive of
60 miles. Why don't they deliver by Canada Post and/or U.S. Post?
In future I won't buy anything from Amazon unless they assure me they will use Postal Services.
