This is the fifth studio album from US punk rockers Blink 182 following up the hugely successful 2001 release 'Take Off Your Pants & Jacket'. The album sees the band start fresh with a new mature punk sound doing away with the frat-punk they had become known for. The UK edition features 15 tracks including the single 'Feeling This', as well as 2 bonus tracks, 'Not Now' & 'Anthem' Part 2 (Live In Chicago). Includes enhanced material featuring exclusive videos created by the band! MCA. 2003.
While Blink-182's pop-punk has given more than its share of entertaining moments over their career, "sonic experimentation" is hardly what you'd expect from their sixth studio album. Within their guitar-bass-drums template, however, they offer moments of playfulness and lyricism that stretch their definition of sound. The tempo changes and uses of (relative) silence in "Violence" and "Stockholm Syndrome" borrow post-punk conventions, and lend a new feel to the band's trademark cranked-upness. (The use of treated piano on the latter song also suggests that theyve bent an ear to a few psychedelic-pop classics in their time.) As with 2001's Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, a theme of loneliness emerges upon the first couple of listens, but this time it feels as if Blink wants to connect it to something larger than before. Growth from the guys who once jokingly celebrated man-on-dog intercourse? Yeah. And best of all, it's worth hearing. --Rickey Wright

Feeling This: 9.5/10 The best and most unique (compared to the rest of the CD). It's fast.
Obvious: 8/10 A lot heavier and slower than old Blink. I like how it speeds up at the end.
I Miss You: 6.5/10 Slow, but not terrible, when I heard this was the 2nd single I was really pissed. This song is not like Blink at all.
Violence: 7/10 Some of this song is really good (Chorus) the rest is terrible.
Stockholm Syndrome: 8/10 Really dark and loud a great example of a typical song of this CD. Kind of like a reverse version of Obvious (Fst then Slow).
Down: 7.5/10 I really think Blink could have had a better 3rd single
Fallen Interlude: 5/10 I hate this song it's like a Hip-Hop beat. Thanks Travis.
Go: 8.5/10 Fast and really good. too short for a single.
Asthenia: 8.5/10 I think this would have been a cool single because it hasa to do with space.
Always: 7.5/10 Slower, but pretty good, cool bass and drumstick opening some of the clean guitar riffs sound like old blink.
Easy Target: 8.5/10 This would have been a brilliant single it's fast and it's like a mix of new and old blink. It's a bit dark and fast at the same time.
All of This: 6/10 Bad song, I don't like the Cure

Violence-probably the i skip the most probably because of how the verses r sung theyre just a little different. 7.5/10
Stockholm Syndrome-starts off with a womens voice talking but is a really awesome song and really makes u wanna keep listening. 9.5/10
Down-another song i can relate too 9.5/10
The fallen interlude-not really a song but for an interlude its not that bad 8/10

Feeling This 10/10 Great Song, has good verses and a great chorus. 3rd verse has really fast paced singing by tom
Obvious 7/10 Good song and great guitar
I Miss You 10/10 This song in my opinion is the BEST SONG BY BLINK! Really Catchy tune and good chorus
Violence 6/10 Good Music but bad singing, sounds like mark is whispering
Stockholm Syndrome 8/10 Pretty good song and ok singing
Down 9/10 The only reason this didnt get 10/10 is because all the chorus is is Down Down Down...
The Fallen Interlude 4/10 This is hardly a song, its just some weird beat.
GO 10/10 Really Good fast paced song, Tom does a really good job at singing
Asthenia 8/10 The beginning is dumb but besides that its a good song
Always 9/10 Really good beat and singing by mark
Easy Target 10/10 Very nice, good beat
All Of This 5/10 Nice Beat but, Who's the main singer? He sounds weird.
Here's Your Letter 7/10 Good fast paced song but you can barely hear tom singing because the music's so loud.
I'm Lost Without You 7/10 Nice way to end the cd. too long and repetitive though.
Feelin this: (8/10)The closest on this CD to one of their old tunes. very fast, very catchy.
Obvious: (7/10) Not immediately enjoyable, as it starts off very slow. Though I found myself singing along near the end.
I miss you: (8/10) I really think it has a great beat. It's slow, but not boring, the chorus is very well sung.
Violence: (7/10) The rest of the song is not as enjoyable as the chorus, but the chorus is REALLY enjoyable. =)
Stockhold syndrome: (8/10) quick, dark, and great. One of my favorites on the CD, starts off very fast.
Down: (7/10) This will become enjoyable after hearing it a few times, good guitar work by Tom. Slower and more melodic.
The fallen interlude: (7/10) This is...strange. I still think it sounds good though, but it's strangeness can overwhelm you at times.
Go: (6/10) This sounds allot like an older blink song, quick, short, slightly catchy, but not as great as the others.
Asthenia: (8/10) A nice beat and a very good chorus make this one a personal favorite of mine.
Always: (9/10) This is probably one of the best blink 182 songs I have ever heard, I guarentee the chorus will be in your head for weeks.
Easy target: (8/10) Another great song with a wonderfully catchy chorus, will be in your head for days.
All of this: (7/10) Okay, this would have gotten a 9, but blink got some guy from the cure who has a crap voice to sing in it.Read more ›
