Loved it! This is kind of like a really well-written and entertaining 'textbook' on health. Very easy to read. There aren't any fads listed, just good & true information. It really helps you filter out all of the mixed messages out there. I came away feeling positive and motivated to stay healthy in a natural and normal way. Highly recommended!!!!

I loved this book! I wish I read it when I was a teenager. In fact, I think every female teenager should read it. The message is very positive. It's very educational, yet easy to digest. I loved this book. Good price and quick shipping. I love the relaxed style of writing, which is easy to comprehend at any level. Helped me feel more in touch with my own body, and taught me some great health tips. This is something I will probably read again and again, just because of the good laughs I got out of it and good information. This is not a health encyclopedia or anything, but it is a fresh perspective on our relationship with our bodies.
