Passover sedars are done and winter is finally making its way out.
I have been a WW follower forever and I believe in the fibre/protein focus.
Your plan is very similar although doing the shakes gives the 'intake a new twist!'
I wish you would have provided a 'shopping list' for more than the first phase - but I will go and build one myself as I go through your combo's again.

I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks and have been losing at a healthy, steady rate since. I have more energy and I am sticking to exercise because it is now integrated into my daily life. As someone who simply does not have time to go to a gym, this is perfect.
This will only work for you, though, if you are okay with drinking your food. There are other people in my life for whom this will not work because they can't stand the texture of smoothies.
However, I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to make a shift in their attitude toward food and exercise, because it makes it quite easy.
