Enjoyed the first Touchstone series and this is deeper, darker and more inventive. Particularly like the deconstructed style with which for example he intersperses the moments before and during a bloody killing with the process of painting. Definitely not aimed at teenagers any more.
A brilliant book again from Andy Conway and has not failed to disappoint. Loved how the author brought all the characters together from the last book, and also introduced new ones including Arthur Conan Doyle. Liked Andy,s take on who Jack the Ripper was and what happened to him. Well worth the money to buy BrVo Conway
Found the story interesting you never will know the true identity of Jack the ripper, but to put name to him was exciting and interesting a bit more insight how is mind works.
Cannot think of anymore to say........ Really enjoyed this one. Great thought provoking on whom Jack the Ripper really was. Look forward to reading Touchstone series 2.
