This book seems to have alot of copy but the content leaves a lot to be desired. If you have never read about the glute muscles, or seen the basic exercises such as squats or lunges, then you might find this book a little useful. Otherwise, unless you're looking to expand your recipe collection - there are quite a bit of recipes at the back of the book, I wouldn't recommend it.

If you subscribe to Oxygen and have read the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno, none of the nutrition or training information in this book will be new. But if you're looking for a general overview of anatomy, basic training and some nutrition, pick it up. Whatever Tosca does is fantastic and positive. It is a beautiful book to have.

this book is nothing BUT fillers...
there are a few good butt exercises and diet info but simply a poorly constructed rehash of some of her other books. nothing new is offered and i would not recommend it to anyone! unless you enjoy glossy pages...
