About the Author
JEFF RUBIN is the author of Why Your World Is About to Get a Whole Lot Smaller, a #1 national bestseller and the winner of the National Business Book Award. dollar, the pipelines,big investments in the Tar Sands and other associated issues. Now Harper must
move into dealing with the carbon crisis with the rest of the world
