It is enjoyable but I'm finding it to be abit of a tough read...not as interesting or engaging as I'd hoped. I'm finding I have to make myself read it rather than thinking "I can't wait to read it"...I have been able to highlight some good thoughts, phrases, quotes and ideas, there are some good things to keep in mind to get your best out of 'your game'. Alittle dry but I don't regret my purchas!!

Reading this book feels a lot like attending one of those motivational speaker seminars, where somebody lectures animatedly from a stage, pacing around, waving their hands in an increasingly frantic manner while repeating old truisms, tired out stories we all know, and general pseudo-scientific nonsense. There might be science in this book, and it claims to be "science based", much in the same way those magic ion bracelets claim to be science based, but there's really not much here in the way of content. What you do get is an endless stream of seemingly unstructured happy-talk re-affirming your true greatness, which you can achieve if you just read this story of how person X who won 20 gold medals became a champion - which is to say, they tried really hard and everything worked out in the end. Don't worry though, according to this book, anybody who can recognize greatness in others has the potential to also become that great, because *mumblemumblesomething* believing in yourself.

Really not what I was looking for, and not what I thought it was about based on the description. However, somebody might find this book useful.
