HASH(0x9c692f30) out of 5 stars Incredible! April 4 2012
By Andy - Published on
Format: Paperback
This book is simply stunning. Firstly, we learn about Tina's childhood and her first rescue dog, Pepper and then Tina tells the story of how fate bought her and Chandi together, and all that they have achieved. The book is incredibly heart-warming, and heart breaking in places, such as when Tina loses her parents and Pepper. It really shows what an incredible bond the pair have with each other.

Tina Humphrey is a very clever and talented lady indeed, not only by training her dogs to do such amazing things, but by becoming a fantastic author as well.

Overall, it is a beautifully written book, and really adds a whole new insight into Tina and Chandi's story. It is a must read for any animal lover.

Finally, but most importantly, it has made me realise that " Family really does come in all shapes and sizes- and with varying amounts of fur."

HASH(0x9c77db58) out of 5 stars Amazing!! April 4 2012
By Akasha - Published on
Format: Paperback
I loved this book so much and found i could only put it down to take my own dog out. The story behind the Britain's Got Talent 'dancing dog'. We first learn how Tina found Pepper, a frightened, broken stray at a local dog pound, and then 4 years later, Chandi. The story behind Tina's relationship and accomplishments with both her dogs is heartwarming. I laughed out loud several times while reading about their camping trip and Peppers antics at a nudist beach. I cried when Tina descibed the pain of losing her parents and Pepper. But what we see throughout the whole book is the incredible bond Tina and Chandi share. A definate must-read!

HASH(0x9bb8772c) out of 5 stars Beautifully written April 4 2012

Format: Paperback
Tina Humphrey has given us a beautifully written book about her, Pepper's and Chandi's story. This is not a shallow tale but a rich and true narrative. I was immediately absorbed and remained so throughout. I was laughing out loud as I read about Pepper frolicking on a nudist beach and in tears reading about Tina's mum's brave fight against cancer. I challenge anyone not to be heartened by the description of the bond between Tina, Chandi and Pepper and between Chandi and Pepper themselves. You will better understand the success Tina, Pepper and Chandi have achieved. This book will not disappoint.

HASH(0x9c5841e0) out of 5 stars Absolutely Captivating April 9 2012
By SP - Published on
Format: Paperback
Having seen Tina and Chandi's amazing performance on Britains Got Talent, I was interested to learn more about the magical relationship that so obviously existed between them.

This is a truly inspirational book. Tina opens her heart to her readers. She details the highs and lows of her life in such an honest and straightforward way that it is at times painful to read. However, this is skilfully balanced by her humorous anecdotes which have you laughing animatedly.

Once you pick up this book you are literally unable to put it down. My daughter also read it and absolutely loved it. It has the ability appeal to people of all ages. It deserves more than 5 stars. It is completely inspiring and in my opinion will rank as one of the best books of 2012.
Well done Tina!
