It's affordable, and works well enough on the PC. The shoulder buttons are extremly clicky, and can get annoying. The plastic is cheap, and the pad itself is very light. The d-pad is loose yet pretty accurate, decent for Street Fighter.
I was also hoping to use it for some mobile gaming. Sadly, on my Android phone using a USB OTG cable, only two of the face buttons and the start button are properly recognized. The rest of the face buttons plus the shoulder buttons are all seen as the same "unknown" button.
