Haruki Murakami, né à Kobé en 1949, a étudié la tragédie grecque et dirigé un bar de jazz à Tokyo, avant de se consacrer totalement à l'écriture. Traducteur de Fitzgerald, Irving et Chandler, il rencontre le succès dès son premier roman paru au japon en 1979. Murakami is one of my most beloved authors. So... after I learned French, I wanted to re-read all of his books in French!

The book is very good. Same plot obviously as the original version that I read in English. The book quality is slightly above average. It has an economy paperback feeling to it.
