“Bacher's informative new volume is a trusty guide and source of inspiration...”—InStyle
“Few cookbooks focus solely on edible flowers, and those that do often devote more pages to gardening and foraging than cooking. This gorgeous niche filler offers plenty of recipes, most notably visually striking desserts and unique “basics”.”—Library Journal
“I'm head over heels for this book, and I'm excited to have it in my proverbial pocket as we head into spring and summer months with all their flowery opportunities.”—Emma Christensen, TheKitchn.com

I love the fact that it has a pretty floral hardcover. The photos inside are also gorgeous, and the recipes are easy to follow. Each flower has a page going over flavour and culinary use and how to properly prepare it. It only has so many flowers in it but it's definitely a great resource. Maybe they'll come out with a second version with more edible flower options?
I gave it four stars for the lack of reference to other flowers, and an initial difficulty I had with the lay out which made it hard for me to focus on the actual recipes and ingredients until I adjusted. There was one minor mistake in it that I found, and that was only in a picture caption! Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
