very sturdy and secure while it lasted. Case started to fall apart and crack, large holes in outer case. Total waist of money as the case is garbage!!! Emailed Amazon customer service & never got a reply back.
Too bas as our first case we got is holding up well and it's older, this one is trash along with the customer support!!!

First of all, this is a very well made use case that is worth every penny. The colour is bright, there is lots of padding and protection for your ukulele, and the price is more than amazing. This case is perfect for travelling as it is one of the most heavy duty uke cases i've seen. My only complaint is that its hard to change the numbers on the lock and its quite easy to reset the password, but i doubt i will be using the lock feature much anyway. But the lock is still there and does what it needs too if a lock is something you need. Overall, a great ukulele case that i would recommend to anyone.
I just can't help but love this ukulele case.

The zippers are a little persnickety and the 1 month back orders are a bit long, but I love the added protection, snug fit & durability. My 12-yo loves the bright colour, combo lock, fuzzy interior, storage compartment for her tuner, snap on straps and everything else about it! (Including the fact that we found a YouTube video of someone rolling theirs down a flight of stairs.) Everyone comments about her great green case! It makes her want to take out the instrument. Good for travel - everything from avoiding bumps and scuffs during short trips to music lessons, to being squished into the loaded car for a trip to the lake. Haven’t seen a better hard case at this price point anywhere. Ordered 2 more (in other colours) for my soprano and concert ukes.

I've ordered this to protect my KoAloha Opio soprano, and although I liked it, I found the case a little bit too bulky for my liking. I really liked the colour and the password lock, and it is very well padded, but at the end I've decided to send it back, because my ukulele's own soft case was very well padded and light weight. It is a personal preference, doesn't reflect badly on the company.
The only negative was, and that's why I've deducted a star, is that the warehouse misplaced my returned item, so it took me some time to get it found and get my money back, which wasn't ideal at all.

This is my second Crossrock Ukulele Hard-Shell case. The first was a concert size in yellow. They are brilliant cases and protect two of my Rob Collins' (Tin Guitar) ukes. I like the facts that they offer good protection to the instruments but also fasten with good zips. In the past, I have caught a guitar and a uke on the normal hard case metal fasteners. User error I know but these things happen. I also like cases that stand out from the herd. It makes them easier to locate in a room full of uke cases. In addition, they just look so good. They're also a good size but hold my ukes snugly in place.

There are cheaper and good cases on the market but I just like these.

I wanted something more robust than a soft case for transporting my instrument in the rain, when I travel, etc. and this does the job as well as looking great (love the colour!). The quality is excellent, robust zips and solid padding, with two internal pockets - the pockets aren't large but one will fit a strap, the other a tuner and that's all I really need. As others have said it doesn't come with backpack straps (though you could easily clip some on as there are multiple points to attach them) but it does have a single adjustable long strap. I ordered mine on a Sunday and it arrived less than 48 hours later - great service from the seller!
