Having personally visited Klick Health in Toronto, spoke with various of its team members (VP of Project Management, Program Directors, Project Managers, Medical Editors, etc.), the book's motto and culture can really be seen. It screams different, unique, and is a driver of a modern-day creative company. It took some time to understand the specifics of the book though and I was hoping that some of the examples of the company and other competitors (eg. Valve) could have gone into a bit more detail. I felt like the examples were getting good and then just ended (Eg. the Harry example or Leerom's story about pitching his company idea to his mentors with the Ferrari example).

I think for some readers of this book may see it as a company glorifying itself, but when your company is this good you need to be proud of your work and what your company stands for. I give Leerom and the other authors credit for breaking through the ceiling of organization culture and striving for something better than the old styles of practice.

Leerom - if you see this, I would love to work at your company.

This wonderful book is jam packed with great anecdotes and relevant experience to encourage functional and cooperative team building.

When ready to take action, use this book as a manual for redesigning your app or intercompany communication plan. Thinking about it isn't going to make a business successful.
