Just received this as a wedding gift...WHAT A GIFT! We've cooked so much from it already. Not sure what we would've done with all that fungi we've foraged if it weren't for the book...THAT BOOK. Aahh, what a book. I would highly recommend the mushroom pate - the picture doesn't make it look great, but in-person it looks super classy and more importantly, it's delicious! Thank you, Mr. Jones. Thank. You. :')

This is a great book with cool images, but there are few double printed pages that are not really readable.
