Going into this, I figured it would be more like PERCY JACKSON: THE ULTIMATE GUIDE, which, while enjoyable, really just reminded me of all the information I already knew from reading the original series. I was so happy that I was wrong. There are three original short stories in this little book that depict different points of Percy's life outside of Camp Half-Blood. They were all very enjoyable, and made it impossible for me to rate this book any lower than I did. I was very happy with my purchase, as the book came in great condition, and the content was extraodinary.

I got if for my 11 year old daughter. She says, "It was a really good book, and I like it because there were so many short stories and interviews (about the main characters) that were written very understandable and interestingly. I would say that I like it but I don't love it because it was very hard for me to see if the Percy Jackson series came before or after some of the short stories. I would recommend reading the Percy Jackson series before reading this book."

This book is unsatisfying because it is really short and not that interesting. It is a lot more different than the Percy Jackson series. It is not really an adventure. Lots of gods are missong. The intervoews were not compelling. The short stories do not have enough details. However, I wanted to read it because it is written by Rick Riordan... Review by 12 year old student Kenny

This book is an excellent addition to a great series! The short stories were engaging, and the interviews were truly character building! It's worth getting!
