Um content is there but it seems like a fake? The pages are badly printed (crooked mostly), and I compared with my friend who bought it at the University library and hers is not that way. Still happy I saved 30ish dollars but I don't think it should be marked as new

It looks like this was photocopied or done via computer and the printed instead of it being the real thing. Although the content is in there there are small subtle mistakes. On page 321 where the personality disorders are suppose to begin, the headline actually says Paraphilic Disorders but then the rest of the page is about personality disorders. Same thing with page 333 where the Paraphilic Disorders are suppose to start....instead the headline says Personality Disorders and then the rest of the pages are about Paraphilic Disorders. Also there are some pages that are actually still attached together at the seam so I had to take my scissors to cut them myself. Makes me wonder where else there are mistakes in the book which is unfortunate as I planned to use this in my practice as a psychologist. I'm quite disappointed about this purchase.

Book I received was clearly a faulty copy that needed extensive editorial work, and had many problems with the physical book. For example, the "Paraphilias" section was labeled "Personality Disorders." The spiral binding cuts into the text on nearly every page. I have found at least twenty pages that I must cut to separate - that is, four pages are printed on the same sheet, and never cut apart. Pages and covers are mildly discolored, as if water damaged. Despite all this, it is a working DSM-5. If you know the evolution of the DSM's, then you can catch the errors.

As a practicing clinical psychologist, I think this publication is a must-have reference manual. I just think it's a bit pricey.

I would recommend this manual to other mental health professionals.

Excellent and easy to navigate through. The pocket version is a quick way to assist in assessments while working in the Emergency setting.

This is clearly a counterfeit item. The paper is of poor quality, darkness of ink is inconsistent across pages (appearing significantly faded on some), margin space is inconsistent across pages, and text is slanted. Do not buy.

A good summary of the DSM V, but don't be mistaken, this is a tiny little book. When they say 'handbook', they really mean it. If you have trouble reading small font, this is not for you.

Good price (I saved 20$ compared to the original price) but the book isn't worth 50$. Pages aren't straight and some are dirty, as if someone stepped on it.
