Product Description

The mission was well-planned and intricately carried out. They were going to assassinate the Emperor of Earth. Everything went according to plan. Except one thing.

They failed.

Now on the run from the Empire's elite guard, Eden System Commander Yeager finds himself on an escape trajectory with a young ensign in his care. Little does he know that this ensign, Laura Bontein, is the reason why Eden is at war with the Empire.

Laura may also be the most powerful being in the galaxy.

They escape to Reagul, a planet in its middle ages and somehow responsible for keeping the emperor alive. Here, Laura begins to discover that Reagul has been planning for her arrival for thousands of years.

Little by little, Laura begins to suspect that her own people, the lost outpost of the Zeus Colonies, may have ties to Reagul going back to the Roman Empire. As the rumors and legends begin to mirror the actions of Laura and Yeager, she begins to believe her arrival on Reagul may have more than a solitary purpose.

It may be her destiny.

4.0 out of 5 stars An exhilarating Science Fiction experience April 10 2013
By Shane - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Still reading through this story, but at the moment this type of story is just what I wanted to read, The language used in the story is easy to read, LOTS of dialog and the reader is thrown right into a space battle that almost seemed the bad guys would win. The story then moves onto Earth where the fun begins. It portrays Earth's fate in the future.

It does tell a lot of the story in the dialog, which I thought, would have benefited by being told to the reader, but I would like to give this story a good 4.5 star review for its simplicity and action. So this is a sure-footed, suspenseful and exhilarating experience all Sci-Fi fans must read.

3.0 out of 5 stars Science Fiction Adventure March 29 2013
By Bruce - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I would rate this story as three stars. This story delivers science fiction action from start to finish and works well to keep the story line in place. Battles abound between the protagonists and the enemy. I found the story to be a fairly clean read, with few obscenities, so I would consider it as suitable for younger readers as well (teens). Laura, our hero of the story, fights her way to the end of this story, setting up for the next adventure in the series.
