Product Description

He'll raise the dead, at all costs...

Perhaps the smartest man to ever live, Matthew Brand changed the world by twenty-five years old. In his mid-thirties, he still shaped the world as he wanted, until cops gunned down his son on the street.

Brand's life changed then. He forgot about bettering Earth and started trying to resurrect his son.

Eventually, Brand's mind overpowered even death's mysteries; he discovered how to bring back the dead--he only needed living bodies to make his son's life possible again. Why not use the bodies of those who killed his son?

In the largest manhunt the FBI's ever experienced, how do they stop a man who can calculate all the odds and stack them in his favor?

Loved this book so much I bought the second in the series immediately. This first book although part of a series can stand alone. Just loved the book so much I was glad it was going to continue! Confusing because I find myself empathizing with the villain, who is so awful that you would think he would be easy to hate, loved it!!

The action is fast-paced in this thriller. In spite of the horror of his actions, I tended to sympathize with the leading character, and was wishing for his ultimate success. I had trouble putting the book down. It was a truly enjoyable read.

From page one I was hooked, Beers reminds me of Crichton and King combined. SCI-FI and horror put together flawlessly . Definitely recommend it!
