After 20 plus years in the same career and being restructured, I was embarking on the path of discovery and rudderless without knowing what to do next. Plunge back in for another 20 or find out what makes me tick and pursue my passions?
This book is an easy read and I would recommend everyone read this book if not to only ground yourself in self awareness.
This book talks about our personality traits like much like discovering our favored hand, yes we use both, but one is dominant. Knowing where you are strongest helps you make better decisions with clarity and insight.
I am so glad I came across this book. It was an invaluable tool and would highly recommend to anyone looking for self awareness and direction in their life.
Wish I had this before I went to College.
