5.0 out of 5 stars Love the Whole Series! Feb. 8 2013

Ok, so I downloaded the first book in this series because it looked like a quick, easy, junk-food for the brain kind of read. I'm far from a teenager, but I still enjoy some good YA drama. I didn't care for the title and really didn't think I would care for the book, but I wound up loving it. Or I think it might be more accurate to say that I became so involved with the many unique characters that I fell in love with them. Even though the first book stands on its own and it's not necessary to read the others in the series, I really wanted to know what became of each of them. I don't spend money on books very often (I'm too much of a tight wad and there are too many books I can read for free.), but I purchased every book in this series and loved them all. The writer really makes you feel like you are part of their group of friends. I cried with them; I laughed out loud with them (many, many times); I fell in love with each and every one of them.

I do need to say that I would not consider this a teen read. There is a lot of partying and alcohol use at a very young age. The sexual content and bad language is limited, but is still prevalent.

The whole series fun , loving emotional. Love all the friend and how we follow from 14 to adulthood, Alex and Maggie lets you see the transformation from friends to lovers. The Ben story made me cry, once he left and all that led up to it. Adding the art student was great. But I can't not say enough about Jon Jon and Keesh great story there too. The prom story lone in the final book was awesome. I read the series twice now and will read it again. Two thumbs up.
