I bought this book as I was curious about making bread. It has literally transformed my bread making from bricks, to lightweight and fluffy bread. It is a great book and 100% recommended. My family would like to thank the author too!

Best book I've come across yet for explaining the bread making process. Well written and illustrated. Despite CD not functioning well, I still rate this book as 5/5 stars. Thanks
