Included with the Dremel 7300-N/8 rotary tool are three sanding drums, a felt wheel, sanding band, mandrel, and silicon carbine stone. The included wrench makes changing accessories quick and easy.

1) Wear glasses when you use it - nail bits sometimes fly at your face;
2) Trim your dog's paws. It once got stuck in his paw hair and it took a while to get him okay with using it again;
3) Take your time - it can get hot if you go nuts on a nail
4) Apply some pressure - At first I thought it wasn't going to work, but I gripped the nail a bit better and applied a bit more pressure when I was filing the nail, started to trim very quickly.
Comes with 2 speed level, with various bits for different purposes (only have expereince with the sand belt). As mentioned, used for dog grinding only and works great. I only use low speed though to prevent overheating. Alot cheaper than getting dog specific grindings. Please do watch out if you are going to be using it for this purpose to not catch your dog hair on it as it will pull it right off.
In package, it does come with a sizable charger that you need to dismount the battery from and to in order to charge, can be a hassle but better than cable I suppose.
Overall, for dog usage, I would personally purchase again. Amazon also seemed to have a better pricing than in store
I've noticed the coarser bit works best on my Great Dane's nails. We started with the finer paper, but it just took too long. More vibration with the coarser stuff, but it gets the job done much faster.
Edit: Two years later, and we're replacing the Dremel (with the exact same Dremel). The bit doesn't fit properly anymore. Need a whole new tool, not just to replace the bit.
Jan 2013 - have been using this tool every week since it arrived to do pet nails and it works just great. I recharge it for 3 hours after every 2nd use.
This unit is shockingly quiet in comparison, never heats up, and never makes my hand go numb. I have ten dogs of my own and swear the bulk of my dinner invites are so I will bring the wonder tool and do their dogs nails!
Perhaps this is not ideal for wood or metal work as some complain about "power" but it is called the MiniMite!
Buying two, or an extra battery as I did means I never run out of juice.
P.S. my vet just borrowed mine to do bird beaks and nails - she too was thrilled! I am buying her one as a gift right now!
Update June 2016: still love it, what more can I say, it's perfect. Please let me know if you found this helpful or if you have further questions.
