This book is witty and fun, while being down-to-earth and honest about what it takes to land a job. It was truly enjoyable to read -- part memoir, part self-help guide. As a hiring manager at a "cool tech start-up" (and as a former job seeker), the advice presented in #ENTRYLEVELBOSS is SPOT-ON. (I wish I could send a copy to every candidate application that I turn down!) From dialing into what you actually want in a career, to tactical ways to improve your resume and templates for cover letters, #ENTRYLEVELBOSS provides a realistic playbook for job seekers.
And don't let the name fool you! #ENTRYLEVELBOSS is not just for entry level folks! While's it's tailored to those who are new in their career journey, I truly believe that the advice herein is applicable for anyone. Are you a more seasoned employee who never gets past the application stage in your job search? Get this book, read it, and apply Alexa's modern approach to your own job search.
