HASH(0xa0995c54) out of 5 stars Volume Three Oct. 2 2013
By Kathryn E. Fox - Published on
Format: Paperback
The story has picked up and, towards the end, so does the tension. More of Edgar's past is unfolding and it has pulled Lydia into the insanity.
Who is the Fogman? And how will Lydia escape the trap she's fallen into (of course) to free the souls of Edgar's past?

Bonus: 4 panel comics from the DVD release of the anime

I took off one star because, while the tension was excellent, I found the fact she fell into the trap at all annoying. It's not a spoiler because we ALL see it coming. It begins to feel as if her naivete cloaks a bit of stupidity. I took off a star for this.

HASH(0xa09ad480) out of 5 stars The Earl and The Fairy Volume 3 April 15 2014
By Crystal_Dark - Published on
Format: Paperback
Contains Chapters 9 - 12: In this volume Lydia and Edgar start to look into a new mystery. This volume also introduces some new characters as well as more information about Edgar's past. I am looking forward to the next volume and seeing how Lydia gets out of trouble.

New antagonist is fun, art is still lovely, and the dialogue is not so cheesy as to be distracting. The romance is a bit predictable, but not unpleasant to read.
