Most vegetarian and vegan eaters go in these diets without knowing about food combination and what a balanced meal is. Serving sizes, combination of plant base proteins to carbohydrates and vegetables are very important to remain healthy and meet dietary needs for calories and nutrients. This book explains how to meet daily nutrients requirements in a simple way and the recipes are easy to make. It is for the ones who like to cook.

Great book. Tried many different meals and so far excellent. Some fairly easy meals and very enjoyable. Would recommend. Good price too.

This cookbook isn't suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Recipe ingredients include salmon, scallops, and chicken broth. I don't understand how one can advocate clean eating while pushing seafood or dairy; it just doesn't make sense. This book is a complete disappointment.

I am a meat eater but I grew up in a vegetarian household. When I moved out on my own I regretted not learning my mother's vegetarian recipes. This cookbook has something for everyone. I love the breakfast ideas. It's helped me serve our vegetarian friends something other than pasta when they come to visit.
