I loved this book. Though the topic of energy is a scientific one, the book is easy to read and understand. Matthew explains in simple terms the concept of humans as energy beings.
Energy worker teaches us how to use, relate, honor, and be in sync with the energy of the universe, which is what makes up who and what we are. Our physical body, our intellectual and emotional Self and our Spirit body are all pure energy.
In this book we learn to empower ourselves with the knowledge that we create energy, we are energy, and we interact with energy all day every day.
Energy Worker: A Call to Empowerment is a must read for anyone who is interested in living an empowered life by tapping into that which is already present and readily available.

Just what I was looking for! Thank you for this in-depth exploration of energy and how to practically use it in my life. I learned many new tips and insights, plus remembered a few things I had learned years ago. A great read!
