I need to share how excited I am that this book is finally here! I have been so engrossed in reading more of Mackenzie and Sir's story. The waiting has been killing me!

Again we pick up right where we left off in book 2, and I cannot stress how there's nothing better than starting off with some kinkyess to help set the tone of a book. Yes please! Thank you Ms. Keith!

"Sir, please tie me up."

After Sir's behaviour at the end of book 2 I wasn't so sure I could trust him again either, so I really liked how Keith shares Sir's thoughts while tying her up . We can see that he truly knows what he did was wrong and he's remorseful. I think this helps to shows us he's worth forgiving. I was worried he was going to be a psycho for a bit there. But I was glad to be wrong, he's just a misunderstood kinky bastard!

But enough sweet and forgiving moments let's get back to talking about how fantastically dirty this book is!

As he's tying Mackenzie up we start to see him shift back into full Sir mode, gone is the self reflecting man and it's a welcome change. Hello, Sir and we are glad to have your twisted sexy self back! What comes next is a very descriptive and hot hot scene involving the removal of Mackenzie's clothing with scissors. Umm yes please, tie me up and cut off my dress with scissors while I lay there body humming with anticipation... And this is all in chapter one!! For the love of all things holy this book is full of some of the hottest sex I've read about in a while. If your looking for a down right hot and naughty read, then this is definitely one to add to your list.

HASH(0x9ca3fbe8) out of 5 stars Another winner!! June 1 2014

In this installment, we watch Sir question what it is that he really wants. He knows he wants Mackenzie, but in what way does he want her? His softer side is beginning to take dominance. Is his interest in the BDSM lifestyle holding him back from what he can have with Mackenzie?

Mackenzie has obviously fallen for Sir in a major way but her mind remains cautious. Does he want her for just her body? Is he ‘buying’ her? Is she for sale? Who is this man and what does really want and expect from her?

Then we have the question of who is Greg? How will he affect the growing relationship between Sir and Mackenzie?

Through it all, we are treated to sexy, steamy interludes that will fog up your reading glasses!

We reach the end questioning where this is all going and left wanting more… And I will be patiently waiting for the next installment to get more!

*I won this installment in a giveaway sponsored by the author, but that didn’t affect my enthusiasm. I would have purchased it myself anyway! : )

HASH(0x9ca3fc90) out of 5 stars Eraser Lilac (Eraser #3) by Megan Keith June 1 2014
By Kylie L (The Reading Cow) - Published on
Format: Kindle Edition
Eraser Lilac gave me a completely different ‘vibe’ while reading it than what I felt reading the two previous installments in this series of novellas. It wasn’t a bad vibe, but my feelings towards the characters had changed a little. Let me try to explain…

For those that have read Eraser and Eraser Blue, I’m almost certain that the ending of Eraser Blue stuck with you. When I finished Eraser Blue, that ‘moment’ right at the end didn’t bother me. I was too eager to know if we were going to find out Sir’s real name. I overlooked that ‘situation’ I guess. But when I started Eraser Lilac, I felt myself feeling anger towards Sir and Mackenzie. I was angry that Sir had did what he did, and I was angry at Mackenzie for just ‘getting over it’, accepting it and so eagerly willing to move on to their next sexual encounter.

But as I read my way through the third novella in this series, my feelings changed towards these two main characters once again. I soon forgot my anger for Sir as his actions towards Mackenzie melted my heart. He was still the same domineering Sir we got in the previous novellas, but we got to experience a softer, more caring side of him. Not in the bedroom (or the changing room) though! Sexually, he is still as dominant, experienced and HOT as ever.

Although my anger towards Mackenzie did fade, it didn’t completely disappear. It is beginning to baffle me how she can so willingly accept his vague answers and still want to be in the type of ‘relationship’ that they have together without really knowing anything about him – let alone his name! Is she that hard pressed for some hanky panky?!?!?

And as for Sir’s name… Is that major bomb at the end possibly true? Is that really his name?

Overall, I really enjoyed Eraser Lilac. We are SLOWLY getting more information on Sir as this series progresses. The chemistry between Sir and Mackenzie is out of this world, and Megan Keith definitely knows how to write scenes that will make you need a cold shower. I look forward to continuing Mackenzie and Sir’s story.

And I like it.
But, in the book acknowledgements, the author claims to have a 'kick arse editor'. She doesn't.
