The Annual critiques but at the same time praises America as Captain America goes through America's time line good and bad. I wouldn't call it a fantastic comic but its very well done and worth reading multiple times. After the art improves though the storyline stays the same. Featuring Captain America fighting aliens and having very good super heroic adventures.
While I would generally would recommend this book, the art isn't good for a chunk of it. (The story pretty much stays at the same quality though)
