I've testes a few of Jaime's recipes, and they're fantastic. I love being able to make healthier choices, ending in delicious meals. One thing to consider is having a measurement converter magnet handy on your fridge. Jaime uses a lot of ounces vs. cups in this book, and I find this can be a bit of a hassle when trying to make things efficiently.

This book is more of what we're used to from Jamie Oliver, delicious and accessible food, but with an added focus on healthy eating.

The recipes are simple, ingredients are familiar and available from most supermarkets. Where the book differs from previous works is that the focus isn't just on flavour, it is also on health. Lots of veggies, whole grains, fish make for wholesome, yet delicious, ingredients.

Think about it as classic Jamie, but with the added benefit that the food is actually good for you.

I have several of Jamie's books and I generally like him. His Food Revolution was one of my top cooks books and is the one that introduced me to Jamie Oliver. I like to eat healthy and now Jamie's Everyday Super Food has now become my new go to book. I have cook over 30 of the recipes and I can say they are all good. The recipes in EDSF are tasty considering they are good for you. With a few changes (less healthy ones) the dishes can be even tastier, if you want to go that route. All in all it is a really good book. My one negative comment is that like most of Jamie's books you have to read the instructions over again to figure out what to do. Part of me likes how is it written as a story but when it comes time to cook it can be annoying to follow. I get why he does it (because he doesn't want people to view cooking as a set of instructions) but like I said, it is sometimes annoying.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly family cookbook, this is NOT FOR YOU.
However, if you're looking for health-focused delicious variations with lots of egg, veggie and toast options, then this will be your new best friend.
Great balanced meals with beautiful pictures and nutrient-packed variations.
I love it, but it is not the same market as his other cookbooks.

Little over take from how much choices I have to use and still figuring out were to by half the spice but its all a learning process. Love the easy flow of the book. Happy to say feels like a great first choice for a cook book.
