Mike Berland is the CEO of Edelman Berland, the strategic research and analytics arm of Edelman. His clients have included multinational companies, professional sports leagues, entertainment figures, higher education and cultural institutions, and political leaders. After becoming a fat-burning machine, he experienced a dramatic reduction in weight (and has kept it off), and successfully completed his first New York City Marathon and the 2015 Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI.

Gale Bernhardt is a two-time Olympic coach and leading athletic trainer. She was selected as one of Men’s Fitness magazine’s top six online trainers and is certified as a Level I Coach by USA Cycling and a Level III Coach by USA Triathlon. She has previously served on the USA Triathlon National Coaching Committee.

Wasn't that impressed reading 4 chapters before getting into the nitty gritty of what I'd be more interested in reading. I don't need to read about other's experiences with weight issues since we've all been there, done that; which lend me to buy the book in the first place. In my opinion it was like every diet book with a few food changes which may work for some. Think most of our issues are hormones female or male and once that's diagnosed properly (since we're all DIFFERENT) in each and every way then go from there. If we were all the same there wouldn't be so many different diets or medical issues not being resolved.

very easy to read , keeps you engaged, not the boring nutrition books you might be used to , VERY good info and reading. It will lay down on your hard drive what should or should not go in your mouth , and how to get the most out of your exercise !!

the other aspect is , its easy , not difficult , the science is in , re exercise alot of effort is wasted , people just dont know it !! for instance, 5 minutes of jogging is equal to 15 minutes of walking, and interval training for 20 minutes is more productive than a one hour run !!
