What I call, "AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF A PRODUCT" I am in no way a YouTube game player, but I do play, and I am on YouTube. This bad boy came VERY well packaged, styrofoam makes me and the planet sad, but the safety with this product was number one.
It was a huge box, but it obviously had care placed into it.
Instructions and items you got came on a sheet of paper, one sided, easy, readable, and this chair was probably the easiest thing I have ever put together.
Literally I just unscrewed and fit it together and then screwed it back up. There was a small mark on the seat, but because of the pleather fabric, this was no big deal and I understood why it came like this.
Its brand spanking new, and the freaking pillow for your back vibrates and massages! I either overlooked this feature or just didn't read up on it, but it was a more then welcome surprise! Its usb charger connected so I assume it never dies unless you're out of power.
Comfortable, foot rest attachment I put together, sturdy, and well worth paying for it online and waiting few extra days, considering Staples tried to sell it for $400. Same make and model. Dodged a bullet.
Great chair, great product, definite buy!
