The text is poorly written and uninspiring, with typographical errors liberally mixed throughout. The exercises shown are standard strength training exercises, and very little insight is offered as to the benefits one might receive by doing them.
For the beginner or untrained athlete, this book might offer some useful information, but the reviews here led me to believe that a trained athlete might find this book useful. These reviews were incorrect.
I highly recommend it for all Mom's to Be.
