Along with her first book, "It Starts With Food" this is the only resource you need to understand how food is THE source to all healing (or pain) of the body, and happiness in your life.

Well written and easily understood. I run a residential holistic and recovery program and every client, and their families begin with the Whole 30 education. Our long term client success is beyond 90%...the families that continue with this lifestyle are the ones that thrive!!

We couldn't do what we do to help people recover from physical or emotional trauma without this teaching.

I have done 2 whole 30 and now that I read this book, it really helps me with the reintroduction and life after the whole 30!!! I recommend it to anyone doing the W30 and nervous of ending it and to anyone not wanting to get off the program. It reassures you that you have to make your own decision and life the way you want to.

I would recommend this book to anyone with a poor relationship with food, looking to let go of the baggage and stress of mealtime and in search of enjoying healthy food and totally worth it but off track foods too.
